  • Chicken broth = ½ cup
  • Dry white wine = ¼ cup
  • Heavy cream = ¼ cup
  • Shredded provel cheese = ½ cup
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) = 1 tablespoon

Instructions

Step 1
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and coat in flour.

Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Remove chicken, set aside. In same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms.

Cook mushrooms until tender, garlic fragrant, about 5 minutes.
