Directions
Step 1. Make the marinade:
- You need to make the marinade first hand. Get a bowl for that and add all the ingredients of the marinade I mentioned in the ingredients list.
- Mix them well and make a saucy marinade mixture.
- Then pour it into the air-tight container and add salmon fillets.
- Move the fillets to let them enjoy the mouth-watering marinade from all sides. When they have the marinade all over, seal the container and let the fillets absorb this marinade.
- Place in the refrigerator for half an hour. But wait, it is not a period of solitude for salmon. Just flip it for some times to make it juicier.
Step 2. Make the Sauce:
- Save your time while the salmon is enjoying a quality time in the refrigerator. Find a bowl for tartar sauce. Add and mix all the ingredients.
- Make it air-tight and chill in the refrigerator. The chilled one tastes the best with the sizzling salmon.
Step 3. Grill the Salmon:
- Now take out the salmon and drain the marinade that is in excess.
- Lightly oil the grill.
- Preheat the grill at 450 degrees F.
- Place the salmon fillets with skin down directly touching the grill.
- Set the heat to medium and cover the grill.
- Make the salmon golden and crispy, it will take 8-10 minutes.
- Serve with chilled tartar sauce. Bon Appetit!
