Step 1. Pre-Prep:

  • First of all, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Take a look in your kitchen and take out your long-lost round Cake pans. Wash and dry them,  then grease and flour. 

Step 2. Mix:

  • Take a large bowl and pour the vegetable oil in it, add granulated sugar to make the sweet oil mix.
  • Use an electric mixer to beat them.
  • Then add the eggs one by one, and while mixing well after subsequent additions.
  • In this mixture, add the dry ingredients.
  • Then fold in the crunchy ingredients.

Step 3. Bake:

  • Add the batter in baking pans and level it. Make sure the equal distribution of batter.
  • In the preheated oven, bake for half an hour..

Step 4. Cool: 

  • Take out the cakes.
  • Let them cool for some minutes in the cake pans and then remove them from the pans. Transfer them to the cooling rack.

Step 5. Top: 

  • Open the cream cheese package and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  • Beat it until it becomes airy and smooth. You can use a hand whisk or an electric mixer for this purpose.
  • In the serving platter, place one baked layer and top it evenly with beaten cream cheese.
  • Then place the second layer on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Top it with the cream cheese. Also put the cream cheese on the sides of the cake and make it smooth.

Step 6. Serve:

  • Garnish the cake with chopped nuts or carrot chunks.
