  • Now take a skillet and add butter in it. Simultaneously add vegetable oil and heat them together.
  • Add the coated shrimp and saute it for 2 minutes each side. Check that the shrimp is turned pink and totally cooked.
  • Transfer the shrimp to a separate dish.
  • Add the veggies and minced garlic in the same skillet. Saute them for 6 minutes so they are soft and fragrant.

Step 3. Simmer: 

  • In the soft veggies, add heavy cream and chicken broth. 
  • On a medium heat, bring to a simmer and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low flame. Let the sauce thicken.

Step 4. Season:

  • Add some salt and black pepper and mix.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings if needed.

Step 5. Final Step:

  • Add the sauteed shrimp in the sauce and toss to coat it well with the sauce.
