Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook until sauce is smooth and thick.
  • Mix pasta with sauce in a baking dish.
  • Top with breadcrumbs and parsley.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
