Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coarse ground coffee
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine coffee and cold water in French press.
  • Steep mixture for 12-24 hours at room temperature.
  • Press and strain the cold brew concentrate carefully.
  • Whisk peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  • Add heavy cream to peanut butter gradually.
  • Mix in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk until completely smooth and well combined.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes generously.
  • Pour cold brew over ice in glasses.
  • Top with peanut butter cream mixture.
