Cut chicken breasts into thin strips.
Season them with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in your skillet.
Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden.
Remove and set aside on a plate.
Boil water in your large pot.
Add a pinch of salt to water.
Cook angel hair pasta for 3 minutes.
Drain it and set aside for later.
Use the same skillet from chicken.
Melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds.
The smell will be amazing!
Don't let garlic burn or turn brown.
Pour in white wine carefully.
Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth and heavy cream next.
Stir everything together well.
Let sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
Add bell peppers to the sauce.
Cook for 3 minutes until soft.
Put chicken back into the skillet.
Add cooked pasta to the pan.
Toss everything together gently.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Mix until cheese melts completely.
