Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup Nutella
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Line baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar together.
  • Press mixture into prepared pan bottom.
  • Bake crust for 10 minutes until set.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add Nutella and mix until well combined.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Pour filling over the baked crust evenly.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until center sets.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  1. Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth mixing
  2. Don't overmix to prevent cracks in cheesecake
  3. Cool bars completely before refrigerating overnight
  4. Warm knife between cuts for clean edges
  5. Store covered in refrigerator for freshness
