- 12 oz LINGUINE
- 12 oz CHERRY TOMATOES
- 1 medium RED ONION
- 4 cloves GARLIC
- 1/2 tsp RED PEPPER FLAKES
- 2 sprigs FRESH BASIL
- 2 tbsp EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- 2 tsp KOSHER SALT
- 1/2 tsp BLACK PEPPER
- 4 1/2 cups WATER
- 1/4 cup PARMESAN CHEESE
