Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix warm water, yeast, and honey in a bowl.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Add flour, olive oil, and vinegar.
  • Mix until dough forms.
  • Knead dough on floured surface for 5 minutes.
  • Put dough in loaf pan.
  • Let rise in warm place for 30 minutes.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Cool on rack before slicing.
