Ingredients
  

  • 1-½ cups Keebler Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
 

Step 1. Pre-Prep:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit.
  • Take a springform pan and grease its sides and bottom.

Step 2. Combine:

  • Take the mixing bowl and add melted butter, Keebler Graham crackers, and granulated sugar to make the crust.
  • Mix them well and coat the crumbs evenly with mixture.

Step 3. Transfer:

  • Transfer the crumb mixture in the pan you prepared earlier and press it to the bottom of the pan.
  • Make an even layer.
  • Use a glass or a spoon for firm press.

Step 4. Cream cheese mix:

  • Now find the big brother of the previous bowl and add granulated sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract in it.
  • Beat them to smoothness.
  • Then add eggs one by one while beating. Make sure full incorporation of ingredients like they are best buddies.

Step 5. Pour:

  • Pour this best buddies mixture onto the flattened crust in a springform pan and spread it.

Step 6. Bake:

  • Bake in the preheated oven for an hour. Look for the signs of doneness, the jiggly center and puffy sides.
  • Step 7. Top:
  • Take the little brother of your bowl and mix granulated sugar, sour cream and vanilla extract in it.
  • Take out the cheesecake and top with this topping. Shove it back into the oven and bake for 5 minutes.

Step 8. Cool:

Notes
