Rinse fish with lime juice and water.
Season fish with salt, pepper, and seasoning.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry fish until golden brown on both sides.
Remove fish and set aside on a plate.
Sauté onions, garlic, and peppers in the skillet.
Add tomatoes and Scotch bonnet pepper.
Stir in thyme, allspice, coconut milk, and broth.
Add brown sugar and soy sauce to the mix.
Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes.
Return fish to the skillet with the sauce.
Simmer for another 15 minutes.
