Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced sausage to pan and cook completely.
Cook sausage until lightly browned on both sides.
Remove sausage and set aside on plate.
Add broccoli florets to same pan with oil.
Cook broccoli for 3-4 minutes until bright green.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp to pan with broccoli mixture.
Cook shrimp until pink and fully cooked.
Mix honey and soy sauce in small bowl.
Pour honey mixture over shrimp and vegetables.
Add cooked sausage back to the pan.
Toss everything together and cook 2 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and red flakes.
Serve immediately while hot and fresh.
