- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
- 1 medium carrot sliced thin
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: Sriracha or chili flakes for heat
Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the ground pork or chicken. Cook until it turns brown.
