Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut cauliflower into small pieces.
  • Put the cauliflower in a large bowl.
  • Add olive oil and mix to coat the cauliflower.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder and paprika.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Mix in the Parmesan cheese.
  • Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes. Flip halfway through.
  • When it’s golden and crispy, it’s ready.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving (optional).
