Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced onions and bell peppers to pan.
Cook vegetables for 5 minutes until softened.
Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute more.
Add ground chicken to the vegetable mixture.
Cook chicken for 8-10 minutes until browned.
Stir in tomato sauce and tomato paste.
Add all spices: paprika, cayenne, oregano, thyme.
Season mixture with salt and pepper.
Add Worcestershire sauce and mix well thoroughly.
Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
Toast buns lightly in separate pan.
Serve hot chicken mixture on toasted buns.
