Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add melted butter and milk. Stir everything together.
  • Add cheese and parsley. Mix again.
  • Put dough on a floured surface. Knead for 2 minutes.
  • Shape dough into a log. Cut into 12 pieces.
  • Put rolls on a greased baking sheet.
  • Brush rolls with butter and garlic.
  • Sprinkle more cheese and black pepper.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
  • Let them cool for 5 minutes. Eat warm.

Notes

  1. Use fresh garlic for better flavor.
  2. Bake 2 minutes more if you like a crisp top.
  3. Add more cheese if you love it cheesy.
  4. No fresh parsley? Use dried parsley.
  5. Store leftover rolls in a closed container.
