- Celery chopped = ½ cup
- Sweet Pickle Relish = ½ cup
- Red Onion chopped = ½ cup
- Chicken Breast cooked = 4 cups
- Dijon Mustard = 2 Tbsps
- Lemon Juice = 2 Tbsps
- Pepper = to taste
- Salt = to taste
In a large bowl, add celery, onion, and relish.
Add chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice to bowl.
