Ingredients
  

  • Mayonnaise = 1 cup
  • Celery chopped = ½ cup
  • Sweet Pickle Relish = ½ cup
  • Red Onion chopped = ½ cup
  • Chicken Breast cooked = 4 cups
  • Dijon Mustard = 2 Tbsps
  • Lemon Juice = 2 Tbsps
  • Pepper = to taste
  • Salt = to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add celery, onion, and relish.
  • Add chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice to bowl.
  • Sprinkle pepper and salt to taste.
  • Stir everything until well combined.
  • Taste and add more salt or pepper if needed.
  • Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Serve on sandwiches and enjoy!
