Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs cut into chunks
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces evenly.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper thoroughly.
  • Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until coated.
  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken pieces until golden brown completely.
  • Remove chicken and set aside temporarily.
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, and vinegar together.
  • Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour sauce mixture into same skillet carefully.
  • Simmer sauce until it begins bubbling gently.
  • Return chicken to skillet and toss well.
  • Cook until chicken is thoroughly coated sticky.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
