Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash spinach leaves thoroughly.

  • Hull strawberries and slice them thin.
  • Slice red onion very thin.
  • Toast almonds lightly in pan.
  • Let almonds cool completely down.
  • Mix olive oil with vinegar.
  • Add honey to the mixture.
  • Whisk everything together well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Set dressing aside for later.
  • Place spinach in large bowl.
  • Add sliced strawberries on top.
  • Sprinkle feta cheese over salad.
  • Add toasted almonds and onions.
  • Drizzle dressing over everything evenly.
  • Toss gently with salad tongs.
