- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- Oil for deep frying
Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
Add diced onions and cook until golden.
Add garlic and ginger paste. Cook briefly.
Add ground beef and break apart.
Cook beef until completely browned throughout.
Add cumin, coriander, and chili powder.
Season with salt and mix well.
Cook for 5 more minutes. Cool completely.
Place filling on spring roll wrapper.
Fold into triangle shape and seal.
Heat oil to 350°F for frying.
