Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (granulated)
  • 1 1/2 cups  All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup  Coconut (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup  White chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup  Macadamia nuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Zest lime
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Mix butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, lime zest, and lime juice.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to form a dough.
  • Gently fold in coconut, macadamia nuts, and white chocolate chips.
  • On the prepared baking sheet, drop rounded tablespoons of the batter.
  • Until the edges are lightly golden, bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • A slightly soft center is ideal for cookies; avoid overbaking.
  • Let cool briefly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
