- 8 oz 2 cups White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning
- 5 Scallions finely chopped (white and green parts separated)
- 8 slices Bacon
- Cooking Spray
- Crackers for serving
Start Cooking
Cook the bacon in the large skillet over medium flame.
Cook them for 6-8 minutes, keep turning until they become crispy.
Now remove and drain on a paper towel.
Blend all the ingredients.
