Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz 2 cups Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz 2 cups White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning
  • 5 Scallions finely chopped (white and green parts separated)
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • Cooking Spray
  • Crackers for serving

Instructions
 

Start Cooking

  • Cook the bacon in the large skillet over medium flame.
  • Cook them for 6-8 minutes, keep turning until they become crispy.
  • Now remove and drain on a paper towel.

Blend all the ingredients.

  • Combine all the ingredients: sour cream, white cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, scallions, and two pieces of bacon in a food processor.
  • Process until well combined for 30 seconds.

Prepare the Coating

  • Chop the remaining six slices of bacon and mix with green scallions on a plate.
  • Now coat your hands with cooking oil and shape the cheese balls.
  • Roll and Press the balls in the bacon Scallion mixture.

Refrigerate and Serve

  • Refrigerate the balls for atleast 1 hour and upto 8 hours.
  • Your Pioneer Woman Cheese Balls are ready to serve.
  • Serve it with crackers.
