In a skillet, brown the ground beef and sausage.
Drain the meat and set it aside for now.
Spray a large pot with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat the pot over medium heat until warm.
Add diced onion, green pepper, and celery to the pot.
Sauté the veggies until they begin to soften.
Stir in both diced and whole tomatoes carefully.
Add cumin and chili powder, seasoning to your taste.
Cook the mixture for about 8 minutes, until tender.
Add beans, browned meat, and chili seasoning to the pot.
Partially cover and let it simmer for 4 hours.
Serve hot with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
