Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Make sure both sides are covered.
Pat them dry with paper towels.
This helps them brown nicely.
Heat olive oil in your large skillet.
Add chicken breasts to the hot pan.
Cook for 6 minutes on each side.
The chicken should be golden brown.
Remove and set aside on a plate.
Use the same skillet for more flavor.
Add minced garlic to the pan.
Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Don't let it burn or turn brown.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth.
Stir everything together really well.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
Let it simmer for 3 minutes.
Toss in fresh spinach leaves now.
They'll wilt in about 1 minute.
Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
The sauce will become thick and creamy.
Return chicken to the skillet carefully.
Spoon sauce over each piece generously.
Cook for 2 more minutes together.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
