Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
This temperature works perfectly for bubbly cheese.
Let it heat while you prepare everything.
Boil water in your large pot.
Add a pinch of salt to the water.
Cook tortellini according to package directions.
Usually takes about 3-4 minutes.
Drain well and set aside.
Heat marinara sauce in your saucepan.
Add heavy cream and stir well.
Mix in garlic and Italian seasoning.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put cooked tortellini in your baking dish.
Pour the creamy sauce over the pasta.
Add dollops of ricotta cheese on top.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake for 15 minutes covered.
Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes.
Cheese should be golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for 5 minutes.
