Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chai tea concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix protein powder, milk, and cream in a bowl.

  • Add cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and salt.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Pour into a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for 24 hours.
  • Put the container in the Ninja Creami.
  • Select "Ice Cream" setting.
  • Blend until creamy.
  • Serve right away or freeze until firm.
