Add peppers and onions to pan.
Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper.
Cook vegetables until tender, about 5 minutes.
Roll dough into large rectangle shape.
Spread cheese evenly across dough surface.
Add cooked steak mixture on top.
Roll dough tightly from long side.
Seal edges with beaten egg wash.
Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Brush top with remaining egg wash.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
