Mix flour and salt in bowl.
Cut cold butter into flour mixture.
Add cold water gradually until dough forms.
Roll dough thin on floured surface.
Cut circles slightly larger than muffin cups.
Press dough into greased muffin tin.
Whisk eggs in separate bowl thoroughly.
Add brown sugar to beaten eggs.
Stir in melted butter and vanilla.
Mix in chopped pecans and salt.
Divide filling evenly among crusts.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
Remove carefully to cooling rack.
