Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 4 cups ripe tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions
