Large Spoon
- 1 lb GROUND TURKEY
- 1/2 cup DRIED BREADCRUMBS
- 1/4 cup WHOLE MILK
- 1 large EGG
- 1/4 cup PARMESAN CHEESE
- 2 tbsp FRESH PARSLEY
- 2 cloves GARLIC
- 1 tsp SALT
- 1/2 tsp BLACK PEPPER
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit now. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper carefully. This ensures your meatballs do not stick.
Place the turkey in a large bowl. Add the breadcrumbs, milk, and the egg. Pour the parmesan cheese over the meat.
Add the garlic and fresh parsley next. Season the mix with salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix it all together. Do not overwork the meat or it gets tough.
Scoop a small amount of meat out. Roll it into a one-inch ball gently. Place the ball on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat this until all the meat is used.
Slide the baking sheet into the hot oven. Bake the meatballs for fifteen to twenty minutes. They should be golden brown and firm.
- Use cold turkey meat for easier rolling.
- Wet your hands to stop the meat sticking.
- Do not pack the meat balls too tightly.
- Check the internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
- Use fresh garlic for the best aroma.
- Let them rest for five minutes after baking.
