Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Spaghetti Squash
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1 clove Garlic

Instructions
 

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Set your oven to 400 degrees. Let it get very hot first.

2. Cut the Squash

  • Place the squash on a board. Cut it in half from top to bottom.

3. Remove the Seeds

  • Use your spoon to scoop out the seeds. Throw the seeds away or save for roasting.

4. Season the Squash

  • Rub oil over the yellow inside. Sprinkle plenty of salt and pepper.

5. Roast the Squash

  • Place the squash face down on the pan. Bake it for about forty-five minutes.

6. Shred the Strands

  • Turn the squash over carefully. Use a fork to scrape the flesh.
