  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 stalk Fresh Celery

Instructions

  • Fill a large pot with water and add salt, lemon juice, and celery.
  • Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat.
  • Add the cleaned shrimp to the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes until pink.
  • Immediately transfer the cooked shrimp to a large bowl of ice water to stop the cooking.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce.

Notes

Use fresh, wild-caught shrimp for the best texture. Do not overcook the shrimp or they will become rubbery. Ensure the sauce is chilled before serving for the best flavor experience.
