- 1 cup GREEN GRAPES
- 2 tbsp LIME JUICE

Wash all your fresh fruit very well. Pat the berries dry with a paper towel. This keeps the salad from being watery.
Cut the strawberries into thin slices. Peel and cube the sweet cantaloupe. Slice the green grapes in half carefully.
Place all fruit into your large bowl. Mix them gently with your large spoon. Try not to bruise the soft berries.
Whisk the lime juice and honey together. Pour this dressing over the fruit slowly. Toss again to coat every single piece.
Tear the fresh mint into small pieces. Sprinkle the mint over the fruit salad. Serve it immediately while it is cold.
