Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices WHITE BREAD
  • 1 large ENGLISH CUCUMBER
  • 4 oz CREAM CHEESE
  • 2 tbsp UNSALTED BUTTER
  • 1 tbsp FRESH DILL
  • 1 tsp LEMON JUICE
  • 1/2 tsp SALT
  • 1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Cucumbers: Slice the cucumbers very thin with your slicer.
  • Salt and Dry: Sprinkle salt on slices to remove extra water.
