Instructions

Prepare the Baking Pan

  • Butter the lined pan, or use non-stick spray.

Melt and Blend

  • Take a large saucepan.
  • Add half margarine and chocolate chips to it.
  • Melt them on low heat. Keep stirring from time to time.
  • When melted, take it away from the heat and add peanut butter.
  • Mix well.

Spreading:

  • Take the lined pan. Pour half of the chocolate margarine mixture into it.
  • Spread the mixture.
  • Freeze until set and then put in the refrigerator.

Preparing the Maple Pudding Mixture:

  • Add peanuts to the remaining half chocolate mixture.
  • Take another large saucepan. Add the remaining half of the margarine in it. Melt on low heat.
  • Add in evaporated milk slowly while stirring.
  • Then add maple pudding mixture.
  • Keep stirring until the mixture thickens. Do not let it boil.
  • Take away from the heat. Stir maple flavor and powdered sugar in.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Final Step:

  • Take out the baking pan. Spread the pudding mixture on the chocolate layer.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
  • Give a mix to the chocolate pudding mixture.
  • Pour it on chilled pudding and spread it all over.
  • Again refrigerate for 3 hours to let it firm.
