Instructions
Mix the warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let it sit for ten minutes.
Combine the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg to the flour.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm spot for one hour.
Punch the dough down and shape it into twelve equal balls.
Place the balls in a baking dish and let them rise again for thirty minutes.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
