- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Butter: 3 tbsp
- Cremini mushrooms: 7 oz
- Minced garlic: 1 clove
- Garlic powder: ¼ tsp
- Marsala wine: ¾ cup
- Heavy cream: ½ cup
- Salt: To taste
- Pepper: To taste
- Flour: For dredging
Step 1
Make the beautiful halfwise slices of chicken breasts.
Then season them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Also do some beauty treatment with flour sprinkling.
