Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce and rice vinegar.
  • Add sesame oil, honey, and sriracha.
  • Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger.
  • Add chili flakes and chopped green onions.
  • Whisk cornstarch and water until smooth.
  • Pour sauce into a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add cornstarch mixture to the sauce.
  • Stir until the sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha to make it more or less spicy.
  • Use fresh ginger for a better taste.
  • Stir constantly to keep the sauce from burning.
  • Let the sauce cool before storing.
  • Shake well before using it.
