- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
In a bowl, mix soy sauce and rice vinegar.
Add sesame oil, honey, and sriracha.
Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger.
Add chili flakes and chopped green onions.
Whisk cornstarch and water until smooth.
Pour sauce into a saucepan over medium heat.
Add cornstarch mixture to the sauce.
Stir until the sauce thickens.
