Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper.
  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken pieces to hot skillet.
  • Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden.
  • Mix honey, hot sauce, soy sauce together.
  • Pour sauce over cooked chicken pieces.
  • Steam broccoli and bell peppers until tender.
  • Assemble bowls with rice as base layer.
  • Top with hot honey chicken and vegetables.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
