Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Sugar powdered
  • Egg yolks
  • 250 g Unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Ground walnuts or almonds (optional)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Beat butter and powdered sugar together until fluffy.
  • Add vanilla and egg yolks; mix until well combined.
  • Gradually add flour, stirring until smooth. Add nuts if desired.
  • Shape small portions into balls; place on a prepared sheet.
  • Until the edges are lightly golden, bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cool on the sheet briefly; transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • After the cookies have cooled, dust them with powdered sugar.
