Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Beat butter and powdered sugar together until fluffy.
Add vanilla and egg yolks; mix until well combined.
Gradually add flour, stirring until smooth. Add nuts if desired.
Shape small portions into balls; place on a prepared sheet.
Until the edges are lightly golden, bake for 15-20 minutes.
Cool on the sheet briefly; transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
After the cookies have cooled, dust them with powdered sugar.
