Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 large cucumber grated
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh

Instructions
 

  • Grate cucumber using large holes of grater.
  • Place grated cucumber in clean kitchen towel.
  • Squeeze towel tightly to remove excess water.
  • Mix Greek yogurt in large bowl.
  • Add squeezed cucumber to yogurt mixture.
  • Press garlic cloves through garlic press.
  • Stir minced garlic into yogurt mixture.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the mixture.
  • Add fresh lemon juice to bowl.
  • Mix in chopped fresh dill thoroughly.
  • Season with salt according to taste.
  • Refrigerate for one hour before serving
