Put ground meat in a large bowl.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic.
Mix everything together with your hands.

Sprinkle in the cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything really well for two minutes.

Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
Take a handful of meat mixture.
Shape it around the skewer firmly.
Make it about 6 inches long.
Press it tightly so it doesn't fall.
Make all kebabs the same size.
This helps them cook evenly together.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush kebabs lightly with olive oil.
Place them on the hot grill carefully.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Turn them gently to avoid breaking.
They should be golden brown outside.
Check that the inside is cooked through.
