Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans refried beans 16 oz each
  • 1 packet taco seasoning 1 oz
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can diced green chilies 4 oz
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños optional

Instructions
 

  • Take cream cheese out early.
  • Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • This makes mixing much easier.
  • Shred your cheese if needed.
  • Chop the green onions finely.
  • Drain the olives well.
  • Open all your cans now.
  • Add refried beans to your bowl.
  • Mix in the taco seasoning well.
  • Spread this mixture in baking dish.
  • Make it smooth and even.
  • This is your first layer.
  • Press it down gently.
  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Add sour cream and mix well.
  • The mixture should be smooth.
  • Spread this over bean layer.
  • Use your spatula carefully.
  • Cover the beans completely.
