Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 16 ounces penne pasta uncooked
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place in your crockpot bottom layer.
  • Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over chicken.
  • This adds amazing flavor throughout.
  • Combine cream cheese and chicken soup.
  • Add chicken broth and mix well.
  • Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low heat.
  • Let it cook for 4 hours.

  • Stir in uncooked penne pasta.
