Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in large skillet.
  • Cook salmon 4 minutes per side.
  • Remove salmon and set aside.
  • Add butter to same pan.
  • Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in white wine.
  • Add heavy cream slowly.
  • Stir in fresh spinach leaves.
  • Cook until spinach wilts completely.
  • Add parmesan cheese gradually.
  • Return salmon to pan.
  • Simmer 2 minutes more.
  • Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

  1. Don't overcook salmon to maintain moisture
  2. Use fresh spinach for better texture
  3. Room temperature cream prevents curdling
  4. Pat salmon dry before seasoning
  5. Let wine reduce before adding cream
