Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked turkey shredded
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing cooled
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix turkey and stuffing in large bowl.
  • Add cranberries and beaten eggs.
  • Pour in chicken broth gradually.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Form mixture into 1-inch balls.
