Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 2 lbs chicken breast cubed
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook linguine according to package directions until tender.
  • Drain pasta and set aside for later use.
  • Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper thoroughly.
  • Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add seasoned chicken to hot butter carefully.
  • Cook chicken until golden brown on all sides.
  • Remove chicken and keep warm on plate.
  • Add minced garlic to same skillet immediately.
  • Sauté garlic for thirty seconds until fragrant.
  • Add paprika and cayenne pepper to pan.
  • Pour chicken broth into skillet and stir.
  • Return cooked chicken to the butter sauce.
  • Simmer mixture for five minutes until thickened.
  • Add cooked linguine to chicken mixture gently.
  • Toss everything together until well coated completely.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese.
