  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder about 20g
  • Optional: Sugar-free sweetener to taste

Instructions

  • Heat one cup of water until boiling.
  • Use a kettle or small saucepan.
  • Make sure it's fully boiling.
  • Pour sugar-free gelatin into your mixing bowl.
  • Add the boiling water slowly.
  • Whisk until completely dissolved.
  • This takes about 2 minutes.
  • Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
  • Add your unflavored protein powder.
  • Whisk thoroughly to avoid lumps.
  • Make sure it's well combined.
  • Pour in one cup of cold water.
  • Stir gently to combine everything.
  • The mixture should be smooth.
  • Pour into your refrigerator-safe container.
  • Cover with a lid. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Overnight works even better.

Notes

  • Use unflavored protein powder for best results.
  • It won't change the jello's taste.
  • Always let hot mixture cool before adding protein.
  • Heat can damage the protein.
  • Try different sugar-free gelatin flavors for variety.
  • Mix two flavors for something unique.
  • Add fresh fruit pieces before refrigerating if allowed.
  • Cut into small cubes for easy portions.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Make a batch on Sundays for the week.
