  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter creamy
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Blend until they form a paste.
  • Add peanut butter, coconut oil, and salt.
  • Process until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Line your dish with parchment paper.
  • Pour the mixture into the dish.
  • Spread it evenly with a spoon.
  • Press down firmly to remove air.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • The mixture will firm up nicely.
  • Remove from the dish carefully.
  • Cut into small square pieces.
  • Store in the fridge immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh, soft Medjool dates only.
  • Hard dates won't blend well enough.
  • Make sure your peanut butter is natural.
  • No added sugar or oil needed.
  • Blend longer for smoother, creamier texture.
  • Don't skip the soaking step ever.
  • Cut them small—they're very sweet.
  • Store in an airtight container always.
  • They last up to two weeks.
  • Add cocoa powder for chocolate flavor.
  • Sprinkle sea salt on top before chilling.
